Manta C-SAFE Visualization

The Manta interactive ray tracer [[1]] is a general-purpose, thread-parallel coherent ray tracing system.

Carson Brownlee and James Bigler have developed a python module that allows for visualization of C-SAFE datasets consisting of both spherical particle and volume NRRD files, and provides a user interface for control of various parameters and transfer functions.

Rendering of multilevel AMR data in Manta is a work in progress.
